Members Registration Form

Whether you are registering as a youth Member, Adult Helper or Volunteer Leader-scouts will bring fun, adventure, new skills and a world of opportunity to youth and adults alike.

If you have not visited our hall before, please come along (see the map here) on the appropriate night for your child(ren)'s section during school term:

• Joey Scouts (5-7 years old): Monday 6:30 – 7:30 pm
• Cub Scouts (8-11 years old): Wednesday 6:30 – 8:00 pm
• Scouts (11-15 years old): Thursday 7:00 – 9:00 pm
• Venturer Scouts (15-18 years old): Friday 7:30 – 9:30 pm

If you aren't sure, please contact our Group Registrar on GR.NorthStIves@nsw.scouts.com.au to arrange a visit.

Once you have visited the hall, please return here and click the "New Member" button below, and when given the option, choose "Temporary membership" - this will be a free registration for a 6 week trial to allow you and your youth member to try it out and learn more about Scouts in St Ives and what's involved in becoming a full member.

If you have visited the hall and completed the trial period and would like to sign up for permament membership, click "New Member" and choose "Permament membership" - this will setup your youth member's permanent membership and charge you the appropriate fees for joining scouts.

If you already have a permanent scouts membership and are renewing membership for the next trek (1/2 year), please click "Returning Member" and follow the steps.
